Said it was my final notice to lower my Credit Cards to a lower rate...I have had the same automated call from that number about a dozen times.

all they do is call multiple times over and over about ten minutes apart and hang up. Never say anything.

Also threatens me said that i would be sue and also very very rude and laughing.

This is a payday loan scammer.

Idiot called from this number, threatening legal action over a payday loan I never took. Hung up on him, and he called back. We did this dance 10 or 15 times, until I finally just let him sit silently on the phone. Late-night callback goes to voicemail for "AVRS" or some nonsense. Filed FTC complaint, and had the number blocked. Similar situation happened about a year ago. They're using my maiden name, and states I've lived in before I moved here. Obviously a scam.

How strange "Edwina" has mentioned "MyGenevaWatch"! I too have ordered from them about a month ago. It is possible that they have sold my info to thos "Global Marketing Stratagies". I have filed my complaint with the "FCC" and I may have to amend it now that this little tid-bit has come to light thanks to "Edwina"

Caller stated she was a private investigator and that I needed to give this information to a lawyer and give a reference number. She said something about a restrianing order and left the number 813.863.1961
